For years you have been keeping yourself captive.
hiding yourself away from others, not letting other 
people know the beautiful, kind and loving spirit that
dwells within you.  Why have you been doing this to
yourself, and worse, doing this to others who would 
take great joy in your company?  Never mind why:
you have a unique viewpoint and so much to offer!
And deep down, you know it too!
   There is nothing inside of you too secret or shame-
ful that others cannot understand you, accept you,
or even love you for.
   Don't tie yourself down.  If you open your mind
you will see -- there is beauty there if you look!
Not only without, but within.
