Learn to listen. Do not always be quick to respond to an error in someone else's statement or reasoning. Do not always be quick to interject your two-cents' worth. For in the listening, in the quiet- ness, you can hear God, even through other people. Even through others' wrongnesses you can hear God's rightness, if and only if you do not presume to judge. (Or, at least, not presume to judge in haste, or in/with vanity.) Listen with Love. Help inasmuch as you are called to help, as you are able. Too much/too little-- both can be bad. Help as you, YOU, are able--not the you you wish you were, but the you who you are. Trust in God: He will help you account for what you are able to do... and watch as your abilities grow. He is there. Listen. D.Eisenstein 6/22/91
