| Vic Wheatman |
Victor Wheatman is a vice president and
research director in Gartner's Research organization,
specializing in public key infrastructures.
Prior to
joining Gartner, Mr. Wheatman was a program manager at INPUT,
a market research firm.
Mr. Wheatman holds a bachelor's
degree in journalism from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a
master's degree in communications from Boston University, a
telecommunications management certificate from Golden Gate
University and an executive management program at Harvard
University.
