To view the test procedures for the Windows HCT 10.0 RTM kit, double-click hcthelp.chm in the folder where the test procedure files have been extracted.

* Readme.htm contains the most current release notes for the Windows HCT 10.0 RTM kit. 

* TestSpec.chm has been updated since the creation of the HCT 10.0 CD with a few formatting corrections.
